Communication is just as important as the work itself. Before starting a sealcoating and striping project at this shopping center, letters were personally handed out to all tenants to ensure they were aware of the scheduled work. While emails can be overlooked, being onsite allowed us to directly notify businesses, answer questions, and address any concerns face-to-face.
