Aspen Dental Water Intrusion Exploration

At the Aspen Dental heavy rains had caused water intrusion at the front east end of the store. To identify the source of the issue, CSG was brought in to investigate.

Our team created a trench in the affected area and conducted a flood test to determine if water was entering at the foundation level. After thorough testing, no water was observed coming through the foundation. The likely source of intrusion was identified as the storefront windows.
