EFIS Column & Facade Repairs

This property had multiple damaged EFIS columns and deteriorating architectural foam that impacted both appearance and long-term durability. Our team removed all broken and compromised materials, including damaged column sections and surrounding foam components. We then rebuilt and replaced 12 column sections along with 164 linear feet of architectural foam, restoring the structural integrity of the facade. Once repairs were complete, all areas were professionally finished and painted to seamlessly match the existing building—leaving no visible signs of prior damage. The result is a clean, uniform exterior that enhances curb appeal and protects the property from further deterioration.
