Equitable Property Management

A new client of ours in Jacksonville recently purchased a lot of 7 properties and have been upgrading things inside and out.  One of the items our team noticed on this new purchase was an excess amount of mold.  It had been building up mildew in the back of the buildings, an area often not checked by tenants.  This can be damaging to both buildings and the health of your tenants and patrons who visit the property. When mildew and mold go unchecked, they continue to grow — and mold can grow within walls, meaning your home’s interior could be affected. Pressure washing removes mold, mildew and dirt build up on the outsides of your buildings.  Our team provided a service this month of pressure washing for Equitable Property Management, in Jacksonville.  Before and after photos show the amazing job our team did cleaning up the damaging build- up.
