Trip hazards in sidewalks are a common liability issue on commercial and retail properties. Many times the problem can be solved by grinding the protruding edge down to be even with the next section. When the edge is too high to grind down it becomes necessary to remove the existing slab then form and pour a new one in its place. This was the case at First Park of Brandon managed by Transwestern that CSG recently completed.
