Legacy Park Tampa

Needed asphalt repairs around storm drains can be deceptive in what actually needs to be done to make the proper repairs. When our customer Melrose & Partners contacted CSG this issue at Legacy Park Condominiums in Tampa was originally reported as a “pothole” repair. An onsite inspection of the area around the drain quickly revealed that in order to make the repairs we would need to cut out not only the “pothole” on one side but the asphalt all of the way around the drain and replace with new hot S-3 asphalt material so the water would make it over and down into the drain. This prevents the water from collecting around the drain causing future “pothole” issues and additional expenditures.
