Even in the most upscale condominiums and apartment complexes mold from water leaks etc. can be an issue. Melrose Partners had a hot water tank issue at Mariner Condo North in Tampa, Fl. that leaked into other units below leaving mildew and mold residue in a small closet space. CSG responded and addressed the problem by hand scrubbing/washing the affected areas with bleach then we applied an application of KILZ primer to eliminate the stains and prepare the surface to be painted.
