Saber Corners Tampa

The compactor enclosure at Saber Corners in Tampa Fl. managed by was in need of pressure washing using hot water and degreasing agents and a complete removal of trash and debris items in order for the waste company to replace the now empty compactor back inside the enclosure for use. The management company Saber Real Estate Advisors is located out of state and having the compactor shut down for any length of time was a huge inconvenience to the tenants of the center.
